TO OUST CHARLES F. GRAINGER. Louisville, Ky., December lC.-Governor Wilson, of Kentucky, is said to have decided to remove former Mayor Charles F. Grainger, of Louisville, and Louis Des Cognets, of Lexington, from the State Racing Commission and appoint in their stead George Long, the thoroughbred breeder and turfman of Louisville and Colonel H. H. Johnson of Lexington. Colonel Johnson is the president of the National Trotting norse Breeders Association, but is actively engaged in the breeding of thoroughbreds and maintains a stable of racers. With these changes effected, the commission will consist of Colonel Jack Cliinn; Colonel Milton Young; Colonel E. F. Clay; Colonel Johnson and Colonel Young, all breeders of thoroughbreds.
