Kural Boy, from a good start, forced a fast pace to the last furlong, where he dashed by Risk and won drawing away. Risk ran a good race, showed superior speed and stayed well in the closing drive. Bitter Alan, away fast, set the pace for a half and tired in the stretch. Needmore had no mishaps and ran well, but was not good enough. Task Master ran fairly well. Caucus will improve. Stoneman was practically left at the post. Banridge was caught in a jam soon after the start and had scant chance. Scratched 721C4 Pink Cap, 100. Cooney K. ran as if best, got away slowly and had to go around the others, but ran into the lead quickly and. setting the pace fast, held his advantage to the- end. Telescope put up a good effort andvas in closest pursuit of the winner all the way. Robin Hood dropped back in the early stages, but saved ground . when turning into the stretch and finished fast and gamely. No Quarter, going wide most of the way. put up a good performance. Alencon, under poor riding, ran fairly well and can do better. Rebo, away in a tangle, showed a good, burst, of speed In racing into a contending position, but tired in the stretch fiom his early effort. Miss Strome ran poorly. Coltness showed superior speed, but was in close quarters while going around the turns and quit badly in the last furlong when he seemingly broke down. Yaddo closed a gap and finished close up. El Capitan ran well. Early Hours was poorly ridden and Is worth remembering. Allowmalse showed a brief flash of speed and is far from being fit. Moscow Belle, away fast and clear of interference, showed the most early speed, set the pace for the first seven furlongs and held on well in the closing drive. Bucket Brigade ran well and had no mishaps, but tired in the final furlong. Albert Star, under poor riding, was pinched off repeatedly and generally knocked about, but finished gamely and is in good form. Llsterine came from a long way back in the last half and put up a good performance. Florldaglen and Silver Cup went well for three-quarters. The winner was entered for 1,000; no bid. Just So caused much early crowding and moved into a prominent position on the first turn, which he retained for seven furlongs before tiring. Adesso suffered much from crowding. Dclmore tired after going a half. Cull was knocked out of any chance after going a half. The wlnuer was entered for 400; no bid.
