ARGENTINE DERBY WON BY OUTSIDER. At Buenos Ayres October S the Argentine Derby, wortli 3,125. was won by Chopp. an outsider, which started at 23 to 1. and defeated a hot favorite la Rosales by a head. The distance was ten furlongs. The Standard Buenos Ayres commented on the race as follows: "The remaining twelve candidates were presented in superb condition, the favorite.
