MARES THAT WILL GO ABROAD. Lexington. Ky.. December 1. Among the mares Qiadden is to send to Trance are six by Meddler, one of them being a half-sister to Artful. There are severs! by Sandringham. a brother to Persimmon. Diamond Jubilee and Florizel II. Three are by Him-yar. three by the, mighty Hamburg, two by Hanover and two daughters of Sallie McClelland. Saratoga Belle ami Frances McClelland. These mares are all in foal to Ogden Yankee and Plaudit, Madden will go to France and England during the winter along with Sir Martin, but ijust when lie lias, not decided. He is not sending these mares abroad with the Idea of selling any of tlieni. He intends to race their produce in France and England.
