BERLIN RACE COURSE OF GREAT BEAUTY. The present race track on the outskirts of Berlin. Ruheleben. near Grunewald forest, is to be improved at great cost with the intention of providing the kaisers capital a race course worthy of the rank of Loiigchamps. Newmarket, Sbeepsiiead Bay and other great tracks of the world. The harness horses of C. K. G. Billings, of Chicago, are now training at Ruheleben. They are in the care of Dr. Tanner and the eleven men who brought them across the water. Lou Dillon is the object of much curiosity to the crowd that goes to the track to watch tli- horses exercise.
