ELM RIDGE TRACK SOLD FOR CITY LOTS. j - Kansas City. Mo.. Mav 21. — Negotiations were concluded today lor the sale of the Elm Ridge race track, located south of Kansas City. The plant est 1200.000. but the sale price is not given. The land probably Is worth 75,000. as it is in the new territory recently taken into the city. Edward Corrl-gan is the largest boiidliol.hr and Stockholder. I. F. Halpin. a nephew of Corriirau. the receiver, is the rtaator, and Alexander Fraser. Samuel N. Lee and R. L. Wlaterara tin- parckaaera. Lee is a brother-in-law of Walsh, the Colorado mining millionaire. The tract contains approximately 172 acres. It is ti be converted iuto a residence addition.
