PARTNERSHIP SQUABBLE AT LOUISVILLE. Louisville. Ky.. May 21. — A partnership squabble between two race horse men developed today when A. Ismanee sued ,T. .1. Zurliorg for breach of contract. The two men entered partnership to "engage iu th" business of racing horses" and their "capital" consisted of two horses. Sister Evelyn and Pink Coat. According to the petition I.asanee was "to manage the financial affairs of the partnership, while Zurborg was to have charge of the care and maintenance of the horses." The plaintiff asks for "proper damages.
