SUMMER YEARLING SALES AT NEW YORK. New York. May 31. — Reflection of tlie improvement in local turf conditions is furnished bv an .iiinounceiiient that the Kasig-Tipton Company will conduct the eastomaiy sales of thoroughbred yearlings at Sbeepshead Bay during the Coney Island Jockey Clubs meeting, which will begin June 31. The situation shows so taach improvement, however, that the Kasig Tipton Company is arranging to go ahead with tlie sales. Dixiana and llartland studs will sell on one day an aggregate of eighty-five head. Sales will be held on Hon racing days, when owners and trainers will lie- at leisure.
