SUSPENSION STANDS AGAINST WALKER. Buffalo, N. Y., July 17. William Walker came here today from New York to appear before the judges of the Niagara Racing Association relative to Ills suspension for failure to complete the transfer of the horse Steel, bought by Guy Gray In a selling race. Walker asked for the removal of the suspension nnd tendered the missing bonding papers that should have been transferred at the time of the horses sale. Inasmuch as the matter is now in the hands of the Canadian Racing Associations for final action, the judges here did not feel inclined to remove the suspension.
