The committee fined trainer XV. G. Wilson 5 for allowing ills name to appear as the owner of Ban-nell. approved the list of officials for the Windsor meeting, accepted the recommendation of the Hamilton Jockey Club stewards that II. McAfee be suspended for thirty days from July 1 for rough riding, refused to grant training licenses to Charles Buchbaum and William L.
