NO RACING AT TIA JUAN A. Washington, D. C, July ::u. As a result of representations made by the Department of State in compliance" with petitions signed bv residents of Los Angeles and San Diego, the .Mexican government lias taken action which amounts to revocation of the concessions recently granted for a race track at Tia Juana, just across the international boundary line in the vicinity of San Diego. The promoters had been awaiting developments affecting California racing and had made no move to construct the iroi-spil track. Representatives of the California Anti-Race. Track League were active in securing the intervention of the American Department of State.
