TWO IMPORTANT CASES PENDING. Xew York. August 14. With two exceptions, court decisions have been rendered in all the cases arising out of betting at the metropolitan race tracks. The exceptions are among the most important of all, viz.: Whether or not Orlando Jones and Sol Lichten-stein. who were arrested for hookmakiug. are guilty of violation of the llart-Agnew law. These cases are now pending before the Court of Appeals and decision is expected next October.
