April ix.— Raleigh Colston, trainer uf Waldo, announced today that owing to a cough which had developed since Saturday the Kentuckv perbv favorite probably will not start in the Cam din Handicap at Lexington, for which be was also favorite. Many of the horses quartered at Churchill Powns have .1 -veloped a cough within the past two weeka and the old. damp weather of the past two days has not helped matters.
