JOCKEY MINTYRE WANTS A HEARING. Lexington. Ky.. April 1!.— Jockey J. Melntyre. the Hartford boy who was suspended at Latonia last fall by Judge Charles F. Price, will ask tin-Kentucky State Racing Commission at its meeting next Wednesday to grant him a license to ride. When Judge Price was here last week Melntyre asked him to litt the ban ami recommend him to the commission. Judge Price told Melntyre that fee could not conscientiously do so I ei-«use he had not altered his opinion that Melntyre had failed to |M-r severe with Bonnie Kelso.
