AMENDMENT TO RACING BILLS. Albany. N. Y.. May :.. — Senator Agnew today ln-frodtiied an amendment to that section of his racing bills pertaining to the publish lug of odds in news papers exempting all publications except those on horse racing. The amendment was accepted and made a part of the bill, final action on which was deferred until next week. Till* amendment was not opposed, for it is considered to 1m- class legislation and then- is no great alarm over its adoption.
