RACING SUIT AIRED IN COURT. Cincinnati. O.. July 14.— In the case of Thomas Pavis against J. T. Mulr and the Latooia Agricultural Association, which has l.een in the Federal Court in Covington for about a Tear, and which came to the court on a demurrer. Jndge Cochran yesterday haml.-d down .111 opinion. The transaction occurred over the outgrowth of the ownership of the horses Po|ar Star and Pocotaligo. The litigation also in eludes n purse of U and damages for wrongful detention of tin- borars. In his opinion the court held that the pleading of the defense waa not good, and allows them to plead over.
