SIX HUNDRED HORSES AT WINDSOR. Keen Interest in Meeting Scheduled to Open Tomorrow — Weights for the Frontier. Detroit, Mich.. July 14. — Some 990 horses are quartered at the Windsor track in readiness for the opening of the summer meeting of the Windsor Fair Granada ami Driving Park Association the eomins Saturday. Seven races are carded for each of the seven days of the meetins. whieh will be participated iu by horses from the Kentucky circuit as well as those that have previously raced at the Canadian meetinss. Racing will begin daily at 2:45 oclock. Detroit time. The officials for the meeting are as follows: President, George M. Ilendrie; secretary, Walter O. Farmer; judges, Charles F. Price and Fraucis Nelson: starter, A. B. Dade; clerk of the scales, F. W. Ger-hardy; hamlicitppcrs, Charles F. Price. Walter O. Farmer. Francis Nelson. The Frontier Handicap will be the feature of the opening dav card. For this event. Hon. Joseph E. Seagrams Bouquet has been installed in the post of honor, with an impost of 120 pounds.
