P00LSELLING DECISION IN COLORADO. Pueblo. Colo.. September 17. — According to a decision by Police Magistrate Chambers in the ease of Harry O. Lyons, charged with operating open pools at the state fair grounds, poolarllini at a race track is not included iu the city ordinance under which the complaint was filed. Lyons was declared not guilty. The case against J. L. Beainau. president of the association, charged with belting, was dismissed.
