INJURY SURELY GOOD RACER EQUALS HIS OWN RECENT RECORD AT JUAREZ UNDER TRYING CONDITIONS. Runs Mile and a Sixteenth in 1:45 Under Impost of 119 Pounds with Terrific . Gale Blowing Dust Storm Fails to Keep Crowd Away. El Paso, Tex., December .11. The most disagreeable weather conditions of the present meeting prevailed at TVrrazas Park today, a strong gale of wind with its attendant dust storm being the cause of much discomfort to spectators, hut despite this handicap a goodly crowd turned out and by the arrival of post time for the feature event of the day there were at least 3.000 persons on the grounds. Cotton was seen in the saddle today for the first time since his arrival from Oakland.
