Won driving; second and third the same, ADEXA ran in close pursuit of the leaders from the start and, in a resolute effort, outgamed BURNING BUSH at the end. BURXIXG BUSH ran into the lead on the stretch turn and, in a game finish, only fuccumbed in the final stride. LORD CLINTON ran a good race and was a close up and gaining third. HARRY STANHOPE closed a gap and challenged in the stretch, but was tiring at the end. YELLOW FOOT finished well. BEN STONE set the early pace, but quit in the stretch. Scratched 93174:Fereno, 105. Won driving; second and third the same. KEEP MOVING ran in close pursuit of the leaders for three-quarters and, saving much ground on the last turn, made a fast finish and outstayed JIM CAFFERATA. The latter began slowly, but made up ground steadily and finished with a rush. ELGIN ran forwardly and gamely throughout. MIAMI made the pace to midway of the stretch, but quit in the final furlong. KAISERHOFF ran fairly well. LISARO ran a good three-quarters and quit badly. Scratched 93C2S Responsful, 101; 93G12 Miss Picnic, 104. Overweights Kaiserhoff. 2 pounds. D. set a terrific pace from the start and held on resolutely in the final drive. JIM BASEY ran in nearest pursuit to the stretch and tired finally, but made a game finish and is a good one.
