STRIKE AFFECTS TAMPA PATRONAGE. Tampa, Fla.. January 10. Fine weather was again instrumental in attracting a big attendance to the AVest Tampa track today. Speculation was slightly improved, tmt is still of much less volume than the best days of last ypar. It is generally conceded now that the cigarniakers strike is affecting racing conditions here. Aast improvement is looked for next week, when the southern Florida tourist travel is cxtected to set in. Jockey Koemer scored on Taraar and St. Dunstan, enabling a big following to reap a good profit.
