ORLANDO LADY AGAIN A WINNER. Tampa, Fla., January 17. Orlando Lady again showed her heels to the local youngsters in the race for two-year-olds. A coup was attempted with Elan, said to be owned by R. I. Williams, but running in the name of J. Phillips, and it failed by a short margin. Stromeland will be barred from starting here for thirty days by order of the judges on account of his seemingly untit condition. Jockey Dreyer was suspended three days by the starter. The Tolume of betting in the ring lias improved noticeably, but three books are still ample to handle all the business. The public scored today over the layers. W. P. Kuchen arrived today from Jacksonville with May Amelia and Hiccough, to be campaigned at the West Tampa course. Jockey F. H. King accompanied the shipment and will ride for Mr. Kuchen. Jockey McCabo is another rider who will try liis fortune over this course, having arrived today from Jacksonville.
