NEW TRACK FOR SALT LAKE CITY. Reports from Salt Lake City, which municipality put the Buena Vista track out of business with an ordinance prohibiting bookniaking. are to the effect that lumber already has been placed on the grounds at Lagoon, where it is proposed lo build a track outside the city limits. Plans have been perfected m that work can be started iinmediately upon the adjournment of the legislature, in the event that no hostile legislation is enacted. It is said that little fear is entertained that there will be any adverse legislation at this session. Richard Dwyer will be the manager of the meeting if one is held.
