WHITNEY STABLE NOW IN ENGLAND. The Whitney stable in England, formidable and successful last year, has been so reinforced that it promises to be even a greater obstacle in the pathway of its rivals this year. Its division of three-year-olds has been greatly added to by Bashti, Iron Mask, Matinee and Phpft? Dorna being sent over from this country. Of these. Iron Mask is in the Two Thousand Guineas, Epsom Derby, Doiicaster St. Leger, . This quartet added to Borrow, Lady Frivoles lilly. Blue Girl filly, Dame dOr colt, Hardyburg and First Plight makes the stable well fortified with three-year-olds.
