VALUABLE STAKES AT LEXINGTON. Lexington, Ky., January 21. Unless some big added money feature is announced for Louisville or Latonia, the Breeders Futurity for two-year-olds, which Is to be decided on the opening day of the Kentucky Associations spring meeting here, will be the richest stake of the year la Kentucky. Secretary Garret D. Wilson, In making announcement today of the January payments to the Breeders Futurity, Camden Handicap and the Blue Grass Stakes, shows the Futurity to be now worth ,115, and starters are to pay 5 each additional. The Futuritv, therefore, is already richer than the Kentucky Derby, which has a guaranteed value of ,00O. The eligibles to the Futurity number sixty-two two-year-olds that were highly tried as yearlings last fall. The Camden Handicap, for three-year-olds and upward, at one mile and a quarter, has twenty-two eligibles with a present value of ,030, and starters are to pay 5 additional. The eligibles are: Friend Harrv. Joe Morris, Bell Horse, Helmet. Boola Boola, The Turk, Bonnio Kelso, Starbottle, Meridian, Colston, Douau, Hanbridge, Idlewelss, Cherryola, Mes senger Boy, Wintergrccn. Governor Gray, Ths Royal Prince, Console, Longhand, Marlborougli and Green Seal. The Blue Grass Stakes, for three-year-olds, one mile and an eighth, lias eighteen eligibles. and ia worth now ,000. with a payment of 5 March 1 and 00 additional from starters. The eligibles are: Kootenay. St. Heller.. Meridian, Outlan, St. Aloysius, Jabot, Sebago, Exemplar, Shamon, Premier. Golden Egg. Du Bois, Captain Carmody, Governor Gray, County Tax, Bertls, Any Port and Mud Sill. Of tbo 220 nominations in the Breeders Futurity for 1912, 104 made the second payment. That stake is now worth ,240, -with a third payment of 5 to be made next January and 5 additional from starters.
