GOSSIP FROM BLUE GRASS REGION. Lexington. Ky., January 23. The Kentucky State Racing Commission will meet here tomorrow to consider spring racing dates, reconsider the case ot H. G. Bedwell and to take action on pending rules and amendments. C. A. Levin of Avon, N. Y.. left here this morning for his home with five thoroughbreds for crosscountry and hunting purposes. John B. McLaughlin, the jkx1 auctioneer, has gone to Jacksonville to operate from the ground.
