Tamborrel. chief of tlie military, who are now in command of the situation, that the insurrectionary trouble in and around Juarez is practically at an end and that there is no longer any danger for visitors to that city, the Jockey Club Juarez resumed racing at Terrazas Park today. The running of the Zacatecas Huudicap was -the special attraction at Terrazas Parle today. The war scare having subsided to a marked degree, a goodly sized throng attended the races and witnessed interesting sport, in which well-baoked horses figured prominently.
