YNCA set a fast early pace, but bled. FORT CARROL was sharply cut off at the sixteenth post by FM THERE and fell. SPIN and COMMON SENSE were off poorly and made up much ground. PERCY TAYLOR was a forward contender all the way, but his rider was of little help to him when it came to riding tlie finish.. MARITZA ran a fairly good race. FOND HEART was easily outrun to the stretch turn, then finisjied fast and gaining, on tlie two leaders. SINFRAN was ineligible and withdrawn. HENRY CROSSCADDIN ran well. AUNT KATE finished gamelv.
