LAWNDALE STABLE IN WINNING FORM. Wins With Three Out of Four Entrants at Juarez Track Conditions Continue Unfavorable. El Paso, Tex., February 10. Showery weather and a chilly wind which swept through tlie grandstand, together with the counter attraction of an aviation meeting, kept tlie Juarez attendance down to the dyed-in-the-wool regulars today. The card, while hardly up to the usual standard provided by the management, furnished some good contests, the finishes iu three of the races being of tlie exciting sort. The day was a notable one for the Lawndale Stable, thev having four entries and winning with three of them. Jockey M. MclJee easily carried off the riding honors of the day, winning with three of his mounts. Lee Campbell, a prominent bettor, arrived from Oakland this morning ami reports that turf followers will come here from that point at the close of the California meeting. Cut. in winning the third race today, came close to the track record for the distance, and if fully extended, doubtless, would have reduced it. She w:is bought at private sale by F. Burroughs, of Toronto, after the race. Gaston and Sons, of Harrodsburg. Ky., became the owners of The Wolf today, purchasing him from I. K. Clark for ,000.
