PARI-MUTUELS FOR WINDSOR. Windsor, Out., February 25. The governing authorities of the Windsor track will probably dispense with the bookmakers this spring, substituting in their stead the pari-mntnel machines. If the machines, which are to be used exclusively at Woodbine, and possibly at Hamilton, prove successful or even advisable, they will be installed at Windsor and the public will have an opportunity of testing the system which lias caused so much discussion elsewhere.
