COUNTRY CLUBS GOOD RACING PROGRAM. Boston, Mass., March 9. The Country Club, which races under the rules of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association at Brookline. a suburb of this city, has announced the list of stakes to be run at its annual meeting. The dates allotted to the Conutrv Club are Saturday. June 17; AVednes-day, June 21; and Saturday, June 24. The features of the meeting will he the Chamblet Memorial Steenlechase and the Country Club Grand . Annual Steeplechase. The Chamblet Memorial is for four-year-olds and upward at about two miles and a half. It lias a guaranteed value of ,000 and in addition a cup value ,000 presented by Miss Helen Hooper, the cup to become the property of the owner winning it three times, not necessarily consecutively. The Country Club Grand Annual, for four-year-olds and upward, is also over the same distance. This stake will he worth ,250 guaranteed, including a cup value 50 presented by two members. Other events of importance are the Brookline Handicap Steeplechase, the Lexington Army Officers Pinto. Myopia Hunt Cup. tli Challenge Cup, Middlesex Hunt Cup, Bunker Hill Cup and the National Hunt Cup. ; The conditions of the races towhqrun on the flat have been drawn up in a manner to insure an excellent list of entries.
