ELMA went around her opponents at the start with a rush and. sliowinz much early speed, set the pace nearly throughout and. although tiring at the end, finished resolutely. CORINTH ran well and. after being forced back, worked her way up on the outside and finished fast and gamely. EVIA ran in eloest early pursuit and dropped back in the stretch, but came again and was wearing the leaders down at the finish. BEN LOMOND ran forwardly. but tired in the stretch drive. CAMEL ran a good, game race, but his rider was not strong enough to help him when it came to the finish and CAMEL would have won witii riders reversed. LIGHTHOUSE ran prominently all the way and finished fast. SHAPDALE did not run Ids race and can do much better. WAXDER ran well. CAPTAIN SWAXSOX showed speed, but tired.
