1 . LEXINGTONS EXCELLENT STAKE ENTRY LISTS - Lexington. Ky.. March 13. An aggregate of 1U1 entries, representing an average of forty-eight to the race, was received by tlie Kentucky Association for the four stakes for the spring meeting, which were closed recently. The nominations include the best horses in the country, .representing the cream of the racing material in the west and south. Xhc money division in each race will be seventy per cent, to the winner, twenty per cent, to the second horse and ten per cent, to the third. Each race will be worth ,000. With these four stakes and the rich Breeders Futurity, value over 1911.sh,000. Camden Handicap, value .?o,000. and. the Blue Grass Stakes, value $::,500. the Kentucky Association will offer the most attractive program of its long existence. The four stakes recently closed are the Phoenix Hotel Handicap, the Brewers Selling Stakes, the Raceland Stakes and the Elinoudarf Stakes, the last two races being for two-year-olds.
