FORE GUARD closed an immense gap into a close up fourth. DOLLY BULTMAN finished well. PERCY TAYLOR ran well to the stretch. RONNIE BEE showed speed, but quit. AUNT KATE and PEEI OVER got off badly. AUSTIN STURTEVANT showed the most speed and set the pace for five furlongs, but tired in the final drive.
