GOSSIP FROM BLUE GRASS REGION. Lexington, Ky., April 4. T C McDowell, who was one of the stewards of the Jacksonville meeting, returned to his home here last night. His horses, including Kings Daughter and the two-year-old stake winners. High Brow and Star Jasainine, will arrive Thursday or Friday. Fletcher Driver, owner of Floral Day, a candidate for the Breeders Futurity, also returned from Jacksonville this morning. Racing Secretary William II. Shelley is on his way from Juarez and will lk; here Friday to assume his duties with the Kentucky Association.
