PENSAC0LA CARD DECLARED OFF. Pensacola. Fla.. April 19. Heavy rains which began shortly after the noon hour was responsible for the declaring off of todays racing, as the llimsy constructed plant here would have afforded scant shelter to any one inclined to witness the racing. A now card was made up for tomorrows racing.. There were several departures todav of horses for Salt Lake City. E. Cottrell shipped Bat Master-son to Wheeling, W. Va., to be campaigned on the "hush" circuit. Several of the jockeys here are rebelling against the lower scale of riding fees in vogue and will probably discontinue riding.
