RACING MEN GET HEARING IN FLORIDA. Tallahassee. Fla.. April 1!. The Florida Senate yesterday unanimously passed the anti-race track bill. In the House, a motion to recommit a similar bill in order to give a hearing to all interested, was carried by a vote of 1!4 to .UK The hearing is announced for tonight. The president and secretary of the Florida Live Stock and Agricultural State Fair Association are hero with strong advocates of racing, doing -what they can to defeat the bill. If tiie House can be induced to pass no new lacing legislation, the association will fight for a continuation in the courts by attacking the act of the last legislature voiding its charter after April 1, 1011.
