JUVENILES WORK FAST AT WOODBINE. Toronto, Ont.. May 11. The most brilliant speed exhibition of the training season was given at .Woodbine today when the Thorncliffe Farm two-years worked. Mary Lawrence and Black River did throe-eighths in 35s, and half a mile in 47. Trainer Walker stopicd them then, hut they were timed five-eighths in 1:02. Fatherola and Stalmore, another pair, were nly a fraction behind. The only Kings Platers to work were Placerland and Sanderling, which did about the same thing, a mile in 1:47 and a mile and a quarter in 2:10.
