DISCUSS DATES FOR LEXINGTON RACING. Lexington. Ky.. July 17.— T.ie ten days from September 18 to September 2S are under discussion for the fall meeting of the Kentucky Association. The executive committee of the association, at a meeting today, authorized improvements that will increase the capacity of the betting rius and provide more commodious offices for the pooling force and will likewise increase the paddock space. The racing strings of W. J. Young. John Rode-pi, Jack Baker. S. K. Hughes and others have returned from Latonia and are now quartered at the local track.
