SANFORD HORSES TO BE SOLD. New York, July 27. As an aftermath of the failure of tho Legislature at Albany to enact legislation for the relief of racing. Stephen Sanford. thn veteran Amsterdam breeder, has decided to sell all of Ins horses in training, including sixteen two-year-olds and seven three-yea r-olds. Tho Fasig-Tiptoit Company has been instructed to make the necessary arrangements and will conduct the sale at Buffalo, Thursday, August 3.
