MUSKOGEE CARD DECLARED OFF. - .Muskogee, Okla., August 5. A cloudburst which visited this section tills morning hnl to the declaring off of the races carded for today, the management of the Muskogee Jockey Club being especially desirous of having auspicious weather for the opening of its inaugural meeting. Another card was prepared for Mondav, when the- opening will take place, weather permitting. The track will he in good condition by that time, if no more rain falls. About 200 horses , are here to furnish the racing. Recent arrivals include bookmakers Foss, Nichols and James Kennedy of St. Louis.
