SEATTLE TO HAVE BRIEF MEETING. Seattle, Wash., August 5. Former Sheriff Cudihu and associates intend holding a live-days race meeting on the grounds of the Western Washington Fair Association at the Madison street track. The meeting will probably open August 14. The proposed program provides for two harness and four running races daily. The purses will be .00 for the harness events and not less than 00 each for the running races. Some of the horses that have been racing at Vancouver are expected to participate.
