GOSSIP FROM KENTUCKY SOURCES. Louisville, Ky., August 9. Governor Gray is once more in Kentucky. He will not race again until the fall meeting at Lexington, hut from then on will be kept busy until Kentucky racing closes. Capt. J. T. Williams says his noted gelding is at his best and he is fully determined to fit the son of Garry Herrmann and Sulama for the. rich Endurance Stakes, since he thinks four miles is not too much of a task for a sturdy three-year-old like Governor Gray to undertake. B. A. Trammell, writing to a friend at Churchill Downs, rejMirts that his good two-year-old filly, Ca-lisse, winner of the Santa Clara. Debutante and Cllpsetta Stakes, had spread out considerably since she was shipped to Texas. Mr. TramineHs string will race at Juarez the coining winter and in 1912 lie will try for the Juarez and Kentucky Oaks races with the speedy daughter of Abe Frank.
