IN BEHALF OF PERSONAL LIBERTY. Daltimore, Md., August 14. Baltimore men of social prominence who arc interested in the turf, will form here a branch of the League for Personal Liberty established in New York with K. T. Wilson as president. Good racing m the tracks of the country, conducted as an honorable sport, is one of the things advocated by the league. Its slogan and its object Is announced in the prospectus, "To combat and counterbalance the acts done in the name of religion ami reform which are really a menace to prosperity and iiersonal liberty."
