INSUBORDINATE JOCKEYS AT MUSKOGEE. Muskogee, Okla., August 22. The attendance fell, off somewhat today and speculation was lighter than on any other day since the racing began, owing to threatening weather between the hours of two and three oclock. The public had a good day, as three favorites and three well-supported second choices scored. Jockey Warshear and jockey Small, the two leading riders here, refused to ride out their engagements because starter McKnlght fined each of them 5 for misbehavior at the post in the third race.
