McCORMICK SUCCESSES IN GERMANY. New York, August 20. James II. McCormick, for many years a leading trainer in this country, is pgain meeting with success abroad in handling some forty-odd high-class horses for Baron Oppenheini and Herr R. Haniel in Germany. At the recent Cologne meeting Mr. McCormick won four Important races. Baron Oppenheinis Dolomit, a six-year-old son of Ard Patrick Danubia, was winner of an important sprint stake. R. Haniels Adjunct, bv Minting Avilon, took the big end of the Cologne. Prize at alout one mile and a half. Baron Oppenheima Royal Flower, by Florizel Royal Maze, won a distance race worth 2,000. and the same owners Herui-idad, by Ard Patrick Hermione, landed the Mulheira Prize at a mile. The negro jockey, Winkfield, now riding, the horses trained by Mr. McCormick, is in his best form. He won with Dolomit, Adjunct and Hermidad.
