BELLE CLEM ON HER BAD BEHAVIOR. Anaconda, Mont., August 20. Racing was continued here today under the most favorable conditions. Despite a card in which class was noticeably lacking a throng fully equaling the opening day gathering was present. The fourth race, in which a fair lot of thoroughbreds faced the barrier, was marred by the unruly actions of the favorite. Belle Clem, at the barrier. She wheeled as it rose and Kid North only had to canter all the way to .win. Gilbert Rose, winner of the third race, was bid up to 00 and sold to W. B. Carson. H. G. Bed-well claimed Biskra in the same race. Jockeys Frasch aud Parker have been denied the privilege of taking further outside mounts becauso of interfering with Marie nydo in the third race. Belle Clem has been put on the schooling list as a result of todays fiasco.
