BELLE CLEM ON HER BAD BEHAVIOR. Anaconda, Mont., August 20. Racing was continued here today under the most favorable conditions. Despite a card in which class was noticeably lacking a throng fully equaling the opening day gathering was present. The fourth race, in which a fair lot of thoroughbreds faced the barrier, was marred by the unruly actions of the favorite. Belle Clem, at the barrier. Belle Clem has been put on the schooling list as a result of todays fiasco.
