EXPECT FAVORABLE ACTION AT ALBANY. -Racing men are eagerly awaiting the reconvflniutf of the Legislature at Albany on Wednesday next. They are hoping that the Assemblv- will pass the Gittins measure that will enable tho Jockey Club tracks to reopen. It. T. Wilson said yesterday that the situation was encouraging and that he believed tho bill would liecome a law.
