CHANTICLOR went right to the front at once and. setting the pace throughout, cut NEW CAPITAL off while rounding tlie last turn and, tiring in the stretch, just lasted long enough to win. NEW CAPITAL closed a gap and but for being interfered witli might have won. MARGARET RANDOLPH ran forwardly all the way and finished gamely and close up. BLACKSHEEP tired after running in closest pursuit to the stretch. TILLINGHAST tired after going a half mile. HEKNOWS ran poorly. Overweights Tllliugliast. 1 pound; Placide. 1.
