USEEIT WINS SPOKANE FEATURE. Spokane, Wash., October G. Harness racing took up nearly all the afternoon today, and by the time the thoroughbreds were ready to start the crowd was prettv well tired out. The Stockmens Handicap at live-eighths was the main attraction and aroused much enthusiasm when the horses paraded to the post. Useoit won the race, going out in front at the beginning and always holding his field safe. The race was marred by considerable rough riding. Oxer lieliig cut off repeatedly and eventually put out of the running by his stable mate, Irish Gentleman, which finished second. Dr. Dougherty finished a fast coming third. The time, 1:01, represented a new track record.
